The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFRTT350J referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2019 Ford F-250 and will do a great job of adding support to the rear axle.

If you have a true suspension lift on your F-250 where the axle was actually moved further from the frame then you will likely need to add a spacer. These are available in 1 inch # A25723-90AH00 and 1/2 inch # TA25722-90P00 sizes. You basically just need to use the amount of spacers that it takes so that you have a 1/2 inch or 1 inch of clearance between the bottom of the Timbren spring and the top of the contact point/axle. Just keep in mind that you can use a maximum of 4 spacers per side and you will need to source a longer bolt locally so that the springs can be mounted properly.

I have attached a short video demonstration on the Timbren system along with the written installation instructions that you can also check out.
