For your 2014 Winnebago Minnie 1801FB, I recommend the Electric Jack w/ Footplate - A-Frame - 25-1/8" Lift - 3.5K - Black # EJ-3520-BBX. This jack is a great option for your trailer and will not only give you the electric motor so you won't need to crank, but also will give you a drop leg for even faster function. I've attached a couple videos to further assist.
If you like the look of the Ultra-Fab # UF38-944017 you asked this question from, that is also a really nice option. That does not have the drop leg, but it does have an integrated grease zerk for easy maintenance to prolong the life of the jack.
Either of these options with their 3,500 lb capacity will work well and will not overwork the motor so they will last a long time.
