Best Fifth Wheel Hitch for the Money for 2018 Ford F-350 Long Bed with Factory Rail Kit

I have a 2018 Ford F-350 longbed with the prep kit/ pucks already installed in the bed. What fifth wheel hitch do you recommend. Please understand price to us is an issue. Thanks guys!

The absolute best fifth wheel hitch option we offer for your 2018 Ford F-350 long bed that has the factory rail kit is the B and W Companion part # BWRVK3300 that you referenced. It may not be the least expense option but it's by far the best. It is a USA made hitch that is easy to use, will last a long time, and is very reliable.
My other choice that is a bit less expensive is the Reese M5 part # RP30921 which also directly fits your rail kit. It is also an extremely nice hitch that will work well for you, but it costs a bit less than the B and W. It has a great jaw design as well too. If you want close to the best at the best value/price this is the winner.
