Question:
What are the differences between the Curt and Draw-Tite hitches for my 2019 Sorento? They both look the same but they look like they have different capacities?

The weight ratings for the Curt # C13195 and Draw-Tite # 75908 for your 2019 Kia Sorento do differ but since they both exceed the max weight ratings for your Sorento (found in your owner's manual) they don't really play an important role when comparing these 2 hitches.
The biggest difference between the Curt and Draw-Tite options is that Curt requires that the support strap # 18050 be used for any non-trailer loads like a bike rack whereas the Draw-Tite doesn't have this same requirement.
When it comes to receiver location the Draw-Tite will sit about 1/4" further out and 3/4" higher than the Curt option which we found when installing both of these on a 2018 Sorento.
Out of the available trailer hitches for your 2019 Sorento I actually recommend going with the etrailer.com # e98843. This option has the higher weight rating and installation location of the Curt but it comes in a matte black finish for a rugged look and it doesn't require the use of a support strap. Since the receiver location is similar to the Draw-Tite it will still provide adequate ground clearance when using a bike rack or cargo carrier.
Installation videos and instructions have been linked for you to check out as well.
