Yes, the fifth wheel hitches that fit your 2018 Ram 2500's factory prep package will fit no matter what bed size you have so you can put a fixed fifth wheel hitch in your '18 Ram.

Generally you are going to want to use a sliding hitch with a short bed so you have the proper turning clearance and don't run into your cab but if you are going to be using a Sidewinder you can install a fixed fifth wheel hitch.
