Can RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo Bike Rack Carry Bike with Flat Front Tire

Question:

I have a RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo bike rack. My fat bike has a flat tire on the front and I want to haul it to the bike shop. Can I haul this bike with a front flat tire on this rack? Will it come loose on the highway?

The RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo # RKY87RR can be used to secure a bike with a flat front tire. You'd tighten the arm of the rack down which will tighten through the tire to the rim and give you a secure way to hold your bike. I found a few people online who did this on more than a few occasions and were perfectly fine.
