Do the bail clamps come with the nuts and washers?

The Replacement Bail Clamp for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs F2550 and F2535 # F3077 does not come with the nuts and washers. I reached out the manufacturer and the bolt is a 3/8-16 size so you can get the additional hardware needed from your local hardware store.
