For your BlueBird School Bus conversion, there isn't a specific confirmed fit Class 5 trailer hitch receiver. The universal fit weld on hitch is your best option.

The Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch # 15903 you asked from is a great option as is the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver - Weld On - Class V - 2" # 41991-07. Both of these will have a 2 inch receiver opening. These hitches will need to be welded bare metal to metal for the correct strength. You can then paint the welds to protect from corrosion at those locations.

I put this Curt hitch on my 2005 Bluebird All American FE and it works great! Be sure to paint all the welds after.

@Gerry Thanks for passing that on! As a very beginner welder I've heard people mention that you have to be sure to paint the welds but is that because the welds are more susceptible to rust which makes them weaker quicker?
