Is this a throw away fixture or can the bulbs be replaced? What type bulb if so?

The Gustafson RV Pancake Light # 277-000340 that you referenced has LED bulbs which are going to last a long enough time that you'd never really have to worry about replacing them. They aren't replaceable but since they are LED panels you really wouldn't need to worry about it.
