Does this include the two U bolts that clamp on the upright Square mount. Also how are they shipped?

I attached a picture that I took from the install instructions that shows all of the components that comes with the B and W Companion Hitch part # BWRVK3500. Basically it comes with everything needed to completely assembly and install into a B and W gooseneck hitch. It comes in a few boxes since it would be way too heavy for one large box.
