The Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack # F1413040134 referenced in your question features a lubricated 1-piece gearbox that reduces the need for period manual lubrication but you can certainly add extra grease when needed using the ventilation port. You can also apply grease like # L11390 to the threads by removing the cap and gears. You can take a look at the attached jack rebuild video for a better idea of this process.
