Question:
I have a 2011 Nissan Armada. It has tow mode. I am looking to tow a camper with a dry weight of 6250lbs. What additions should I need in order to safely row the camper? Thanks!

According to the owner's manual for your 2011 Nissan Armada, if the gross trailer weight (GTW) of your trailer is more than 5,000 lbs then the use of weight distribution is recommended. In addition to the weight distribution system, I also recommend using a transmission cooler as this is going to ensure that the vehicle's transmission fluid temps stay within the manufacturers specifications which will improve longevity and towing performance.
For a weight distribution system, I recommend taking a look at the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System part # FA92-00-1000 which has a total tongue weight range of 600 lbs - 1,000 lbs. The total tongue weight is equal to the loaded ready to tow tongue weight of the trailer added to any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I like the Fastway e2 because it is cost effective and has built-in sway control. For a transmission cooler, I recommend the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit part # D13503 which comes with everything you need for installation.
I have attached review videos for you as well.
