I have the bull bar but i need the brackets only for Toyota Tacoma 2001

The Replacement Hardware Kit # 40-024PK referenced in your question is designed for the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 40-0245, which is a fit for certain model years of the Ford F-150 and Ford Expedition. This will not work to install a grille guard on your 2001 Toyota Tacoma.
It is important to note that in addition to the mounting brackets, the grille guard itself is also vehicle specific. That means you will want to make sure your existing grille guard is designed to fit your Tacoma.
