We have numerous ball mounts that offer at or around 5 inches of rise! For a basic ball mount with a 5 inch rise you can use Curt ball mount # C45336. It is rated for a maximum of 10,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 1,000 pounds tongue weight. It measures 9-3/8 long from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole.
The ball hole is 1-1/4 inches in diameter. For a ball with the proper size shank to fit that hole you can use # A-90 for a 2 inch or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch. This ball mount does not come with a hitch pin so if you need one you can use # PC3. Or for a lock you can use # e98880.
I have also included a link to all of the fixed ball mounts in the 5 inch rise category for you.
