2013 Smart for 2 Hello, I know I can flat tow a Smart Car but can I tow it using a tow dolly?

You can flat tow a 2013 Smart fortwo, but you cannot tow it using a tow dolly like # RM-2050-1. Your owners manual states that towing with the front axle raised may cause serious damage to the brake system. This is on page 202 of the online owners manual. You will need to flat tow it with all 4 wheels on the ground or tow it on a trailer with all 4 wheels off the ground.
Your vehicle is 8.83 feet long by 5.08 feet wide with a weight of up to 1,852 lbs. You can use a utility trailer to tow it if you like.
If you choose to flat tow it, I recommend the following for a complete system:
