I have a 2018 F450 cab and chassis I m looking for a gooseneck that will fit.

We do not at this time have a custom-fit gooseneck hitch for your 2018 Ford F-450 cab and chassis but we do have hitch fabrication parts like Curt # C65500 which has a rating up to 30K depending on the installation. This hitch does require under-bed reinforcement to reach its maximum capacity.
