Question:

My main question is whether the size of the replacement washer/bolt/nut combo is universal to most vehicles or specific to the one in the video, i.e. would it work on my 2008 Honda Odyssey. Thanks for your help!

The Draw-Tite Hitch # 75270 that you are installing on your 2008 Honda Odyssey uses M12 X 1.25 X 35mm bolts and 1/4“ X 1-1/2“ X 2” spacer blocks and you can get replacement hardware for this at part # RHK. We do not have these parts available individually but you should be able to source them at a local hardware or auto parts store.

Thanks for the clarification and yes, you can use the same hardware as in the video to install trailer hitch # 75270. What you can use is Weld Nut Replacement Kit for Hitch Installation - 1/2" Bolt WELDNUT-REPAIR, which includes a 3" long spacer block, 1/2" hex nut, 1/2" carriage bolt, 1/2" conical toothed washer and 1/2" bolt leader.
