Hi this fit to 2018 toyota tacoma trd off road 4x4.

I checked with Curt and the Front Hitch for your 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD # C31075 is a confirmed fit and there are no notes in the install instructions that indicate that the skid plate would need to be removed or modified. The air dam needs to be trimmed more for the TRD models but not the skid plate.
