Question:
I auto leveled my 5th wheeler to success at a new site and afterwards I noticed the rear wheels were off the ground. Is this condition ok?

The Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel Leveling System # LC358590 that you referenced is designed to level your trailer and provide stability when parked. It is not really designed though to actually lift a portion of the trailer off the ground like what you described, so doing this may exceed the system's capacity and lead to damage down the line. If you notice that the wheels are off the ground after leaving the trailer, I recommend making a couple more adjustments to lower the rear end a bit more so the jacks aren't supporting more weight than what they can handle.
I have attached a couple short video demonstrations on this system that you can also check out.
