If you are wondering how to lubricate the Bulldog Square Jack # BD182701, that you referenced, then you will simply need to fill it with grease via the grease fittings.
If you are referring to an oil bath on your hubs, like the Kodiak XL ProLube Kit # XLPROLUBE1980KIT, then we do have bearing lube listed as part # XLPROLUBE which is an 8 Ounce bottle of synthetic 90 weight oil. I have attached a photo of the back of the bottle which reads "Fill to manufacturer's specifications".
I do recommend cleaning out your hubs before using this lube if you are unsure what lube/oil you currently have. This will ensure that it is all the same and you won't have issues with the oil not being compatible.
Let me know if you were referring to something else and I can see if we have a solution for you.
