Ive got bearings L44649 and L68149 what size spindle will that fit on? 1.063 and 1.378 axle spindle?

Yes, you are going to want a spindle that has the 1.063" and 1.378" measurements. This is commonly known as a #84 spindle and can be found on our site with a few variances.
For example, the TruRyde EZ Lube Spindle # TRU74FR comes with a brake mounting flange and a grease zerk fitting while the Redline Spindle # TRU64FR does not come with the flange or a zerk fitting. These fit the typical round applications but we also have one for a square application with part # TRU47FR.
Any of these will work great with the Dexter Axle Idler Hub assembly # 84550BX that you referenced, or any hub that has the # L68149 and # L44649 bearings.
