I took a look at the online owner's manual for your 2014 Toyota Tundra and the towing capacity can vary quite a bit depending on your exact model. Because of this, I highly recommend checking your copy of the manual or visiting your local Toyota dealer with your VIN so they can provide you with the exact specifications of your truck. For example, the 1GR-FE engine, 2WD model will have a maximum trailer weight of 4,800 pounds but the 3UR-FE engine, 4WD can have up to a 10,200 pound towing capacity.
For a great gooseneck hitch that is confirmed to fit your Tundra, I recommend the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1257. Installing this hitch won't require any drilling into the truck's frame and it has a 30,000 pound towing capacity.
I have attached an installation video and the written instructions that you can use for reference.
