Pin-Out Diagram for a 7-Way on a 2008 Dodge Ram Pickup

Question:

I hooked up the brake controler with the wiring harness but at the rear of the truck they cut out the factory plug I need to know where to tie in the blue wire and white wire for the electric brakes into the factory wiring harness? This is all taking place on a 2008 3/4 ton dodge diesel

Although I don't know the exact colors that you need to attach to specific functions on your 7-Way, you can take a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to figure out which wire carries which function and then connect them using the attached photo.

Your brake controller wire will connect to the pin in the 5 o'clock position while your 12V power will connect to the pin in the 1 o'clock position.
