Question:

What butt hinge would you recommend i install on my toy hauler ramp door? My plan is to drill/ bolt on 5 hinges to support the load.

For your butt hinge, I recommend using the Paneloc 5 Knuckle Butt Hinge - 2-1/2" Long x 2-1/2" Wide - Stainless Steel # H674-200U. The pin diameter is 3/16 inch. You may want to use more than 5 depending on the weight you will be placing on that ramp door.

For most toy haulers, a better option is to weld on the Polar Ramp Door Hinge - Steel # PLR1902, which has a built in grease zerk for easy maintenance. This is my recommendation for a stronger hinge for a ramp door.
