Determining Vehicle Needed to Pull 2018 Flagstaff E-Pro 19FD Travel Trailer

Question:
I Purchased a 2018 Flagstaff EPro 19FD, looking for a vehicle capable of towing it fully loaded cargo hitch trailer. The two I like first is a 2016 jeep Cherokee trail hawk with a 3.2 L engine and a factory tow package and the other is a 2007 Mercedes-Benz ML 350 with factory tow package. Im getting conflicting information as to whether either of these vehicles will work with a fully loaded camper, can you please help me

Based on my research, your brand new 2018 Flagstaff E-Pro 19FD Travel Trailer has a GVWR of 3,890 pounds. The GVWR refers to the most the trailer can weigh when fully loaded.
I was able to pull up the online owner's manuals for both the 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and the 2007 Mercedes-Benz ML 350. The Jeep Cherokee with the 3.2L engine and factory tow package has a trailer weight capacity of 4,500 pounds. The 2007 Mercedes-Benz ML350 can pull a trailer that weighs up to 7,200 pounds. Before purchasing one of these or any other vehicle, I do highly recommend verifying its capacities in the hard copy of the owner's manual or by speaking with the dealer.
With this in mind, both vehicles you mentioned have the capacity needed to safely pull your new trailer. The Mercedes is going to have a much larger safety margin between the trailer weight and its limits, which should allow it to tow a bit easier since it will be towing well under its capacity.
Other than that, the choice between the two vehicle is going to be a matter of personal preference. I have attached a couple articles on trailer towing that you might also find helpful.
