Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a look together at this Thomas Payne Euro RV Recliner with Footrest. Now, if you ever wanted to make your RV feel a little bit more like home, this Euro RV recliner might be a great option for you to consider. This particular chair is in the Dellmead fabric, which we'll talk about in the next minute or so. And this is designed specifically for RV living.
And this is going to give you all the comforts of a residential recliner, but really in a more compact package, and it's really going to help fit nicely into those smaller living spaces in an RV or camper. And people usually buy a recliner like this because it strikes a great balance between comfort, practicality, and looks. It's lightweight, it's about 50 pounds or so, so it's lightweight enough to work in an RV, but it's still gonna be sturdy and supportive. And the high-density foam cushions are going to be comfortable. It's going to be a firm sitting experience.
You're not gonna actually sink down into the cushions, like with some other furniture, which I like. I prefer a more firmer chair than actually sinking in. And then I wanted to show you how this reclines, we've got a little lever right here, and if you pull that, that's going to allow the footrest to come out. And then that's going to allow you to recline like that. So you're gonna be able to just kind of lay out and relax after a long day, watch a movie, or read a book.
And obviously to push the footrest in, you'll just use the back of your legs and push it in. I did want to show you can also just push the back back without engaging the footrest, which I really do like. So this chair does have a 20-inch wide seat, and then that built-in footrest is going to add to the comfort here. And like we've been saying, this does have a sleek Euro-style design, so it looks modern and it doesn't look bulky, it doesn't look overstuffed. So it has a nice trendy look to it.
And then I mentioned the Dellmead upholstery. It's a woven fabric, and so it feels soft, it feels like home. I prefer fabric over the vinyl or the leather look. To me, it's more comfortable, but the color might be described as more like a beige. It's a neutral tone color, so I would imagine it would go with just about any type of decor in your RV or camper. And so, you're gonna have a padded armrest here. And, of course, the seat and the back and the footrest are padded as well, so it's gonna be very comfortable. I think it's gonna be easy to get out which is a plus. And the materials all together are built in such a way that it's gonna be able to handle bumps, vibrations, and temperature changes, that all come with RV life. If you notice, this is on a swivel, it's not spinning on the floor, but it's actually on a swivel here, which is nice. So you're gonna be able to turn to face the TV or chat with guests, look out the window, whatever. So I do like that feature of this chair as well. Let me give you some measurements. Looking at the overall length, when this is not reclined, when it's in the upright position, we're sitting at about 30.5-inches long. The overall width is gonna be about 33-inches wide. And then the overall height, about 40-inches tall. And then when this is fully reclined from the top to the bottom of the footrest, about 61 inches. Minimal assembly is required. You're basically going to need to hook the back up, put the armrest in, and tighten down some bolts. And it does come with a hex wrench to help you get those bolts tightened, so you really don't need any additional tool. So it's a relatively simple assembly. You'll probably have it, I think I had it put together in about 30 minutes or so. But if you happen to have any other questions, whether it's about this chair or anything else that we carry here at etrailer, don't hesitate to reach out because ultimately we wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need.
