RV Swivel Chair

Kick back in the swivel recliner (Shown in Dellmead)

When you pull into the campground and finally park, this chair is where you sit to stretch and take in the quiet before unpacking or getting on with your evening. It's light enough to move on your own but feels steady once it's in place, and you can swivel towards your view or conversation without dragging the floor or fighting the base. The leather-like PolyHyde gives this chair an elevated look and feel while also being low maintenance, so you don't have to worry about messing it up if you spill a drink, drop some food, or have a pet that enjoys naps there; it wipes clean. Plus, it fits through a 26" doorway and sets up in minutes so you can relax and enjoy your space - though your dog or cat may claim it before you do.

Video Transcript for Review of Thomas Payne RV Couches and Chairs - Euro RV Recliner Chair Footrest Satula - TP82TR

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this Thomas Payne Euro RV Recliner Chair with Footrest. Now, if you ever wanted the inside living area of your RV or motorhome to feel a little bit more like home and kind of have a classy look at the same time, this might be a great item for you to consider. This is Thomas Payne's Euro RV Recliner Chair, and this is really a great way to get that comfort, but also kind of a trendier modern look, if you will, inside of your RV or camper. And this is going to look a little more different than your standard piece of furniture and it has some pretty cool features as well. So, just to kind of go over what this does, this does swivel 360 degrees.

So I can swivel this all the way around, which I do like. So wherever the view is, you can turn your chair and comfortably take advantage of that view. And people usually buy a recliner like this because it does strike a great balance between practicality, comfort, and style and looks. It's pretty lightweight, weighs about 50 pounds, so this is gonna be pretty manageable to move around inside of your RV or camper. But it's going to be sturdy, it's gonna be supportive.

And it's also going to. It's, of course, designed to withstand the rigors of going down the road. Now, this is going to, I think, give you quite a bit of room inside of the seat here. This is about 20 inches wide and deep. So, you've got a good seating area.

And I want to go in for a slightly closer look here just so you can see a little bit better. This upholstery is a polyhyde vinyl, that's what Thomas Payne calls it. And I like the color. The color is called Satula, I think I'm saying that correctly, by Thomas Payne. It's kind of like a rich medium to dark brown color.

And to my eye, there's ever so much a hint of red to it, maybe, but really, a rich brown that's supposed to look like leather. Of course it's not, but this polyhyde vinyl's gonna be very easy to clean up spills, and I think maintain its look. So, I think it's gonna hold up really well for you. This is going to give you a nice, firm seat. And even when you don't have the footrest out, you can still recline the back like this. Some recliners, you have to have the footrest out as well. But that's not the case with this. But to get the footrest out, let me see if I'm on the right side here. It's hard to see around here. Here we go, it's right here. So to open up the footrest here, we have kind of like what reminds me of a inside door handle on older cars. You're just going to pull that back, and then that's going to allow the footrest to come out. And then when to close it, you'll just push it back like that. So, just pop that lever like that, and that'll allow the footrest to come out. And as you can see, you can still swivel around with the footrest out and then just fully recline. I think I'm in frame there. And so hopefully, that kind of gives you an idea of what to expect. So, it doesn't have that overly sinking feeling when you sit down. It is relatively firm. I think it's gonna be pretty easy to get out of as well. Let me give you some measurements. Looking at the height when it's in the upright position. From top to bottom, about 39 inches tall. And the overall depth, so this measurement here, I'm calling it the depth, it's about 33 inches. And then the overall width end to end is gonna be about 30 1/2 inches. And when it's fully reclined, it's gonna be about 61 inches from the top of the head to the bottom of the footrest. And the surface, I can't remember if I mentioned it or not, is gonna be about 20 inches both ways. So, a pretty nice-sized seat there. The seat height, some of our neighbors have been wondering about seat height measurements. So from the top of the seat to the bottom, about 18 inches. And if you notice, we do have this really great-looking base as well. So, really classy-looking, kind of has a wood grain look to it, to a certain extent. So, I think it's really gonna look great inside of your living area. And this is going to fit through 26 inch or wider entry doors. Now, this does come apart, so you will have to assemble this. And if I remember correctly, you have to put the arms together and the back together. And it does come with some hardware that you tighten down with a hex wrench that is included as well. But I would recommend not putting it together until it's actually inside of your RV or camper. That way, you can just bring the pieces in through the door, and you shouldn't have any clearance issues or anything like that. We do have this chair available in other upholsteries, whether like a fabric and different colors as well. So if this Satula color isn't exactly what you're looking for, do take a look at the other options that we have here. If you happen to have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us 'cause we do wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need. Well, again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
