Base Plate Kit Recommendation for Flat Towing 2018 Jeep JK Wrangler

I have a 2018 wrangler jk with the freedom, oscar mike package. The front bumper is a winch ready bumper aftermaket?. The blue ox base plates that mount to the frame will not fit. There are 2 vertical plates that are attached to the frame with 1inch holes in them. A picture shows d-rings in the holes that a strap/ chain goes to to pull the jeep. Can I use the 1inch adapter kit from blue ox to connect the alpha towbar?

How thick are the D-rings on your off-road bumper? If they are 1 inch thick you can use the part # RM-035-1 or if they are 3/4 inch thick you can use the part # RM-035 with a Roadmaster tow bar like the Falcon 2 part # RM-520 but if you have something different we would not have a solution.
