I have a trailer that needs all hubs and brakes replaces. the stock hub is AL-KO 8500. 3.5k .lb per axle load weight. 5 bolt 4.5inch pattern, runs 15x5inch rims and has a 10inch x 2-1/4inch drums. What brake assembly and hubs do I need?

For a 3,500 lb hub/drum replacement that will work well to replace your AL-KO 8500 you'd want the hub part # 84546UC3-EZ which fits the spindle and has the 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern you need.
For brake assemblies then the Electric Brake Assembly kit part # AKEBRK-35 would be what you need.
