Troubleshooting Blue Ox Patriot

Question:

I have a BRK 2022 blue ox breaking system that will not set up. The green and blue lights come on blinking, but when you press set up the arm extends fully out much farther than normal and when it retracts, it says to reset every time.

Did it work at one point and now it stopped or is this the first time you've used it?

I spoke to the factory this morning, and they recommended that I return the item to be repaired. I have used this for several months and it’s worked fine.

@TomT I had a similar issue with mine and when I contacted Blue Ox they said to leave it unplugged for an hour and it would do a factory reset. I tried that, and also left it unplugged overnight and it didn't reset. I then unplugged it and turned it on and it discharged and shut off within a few minutes. That reset my unit and it started working again.
