Measuring Length of Keyed Alike Lock Cylinders 295-000003

Question:
I have a 2013 Winnebago 2101FBS Travel Trailer. I am interested in changing the lock cylinders on the baggage compartment doors. When measuring the length of the lock cylinder, do I measure only the threaded portion or the total length including the portion which does not go through the hole in the door? In addition, do your have a keyed alike option which includes the main trailer door as well as the baggage compartment doors? Thank you.

The length of the lock cores like the Replacement Cam Lock Cylinder part # 295-000003 that you referenced is only the threaded portion fo the core.
