Based on my research, it looks like the 8-247 hub assemblies on your trailer refer to a Dexter 3,500 pound hub and drum like # 84546UC3-EZ. These hubs feature a 10 inch drum diameter and are 2-1/4 inches wide.
With this in mind, the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-468-469 that you were looking at will fit these drums and work great. These are 10 inch x 2-1/4 inch electric brake assemblies that will automatically adjust for optimum performance and braking power. Both the left side right side assemblies are included. You will just want to make sure that its 4 bolt mounting pattern matches that of the mounting flange on your axle.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this brake kit that you can also check out.
