CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # 7070-2 are Very Stiff and Won't Move
Updated 05/22/2018 | Published 05/20/2018 >
Question:
We just got in our mirrors and they dont move! It seems the ball joint is stuck. Should we force it, heat it with a hair dryer or what? I saw the video and the person easily moved the mirror up, down, and rotated it. What shall we do ?

The ball joints for CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # 7070-2 can be stiff. Once you move them around some (which may take a bit of force) they will move easier. You do want them to be fairly stiff because otherwise the wind when traveling would push them out of position.
