The hitch I recommend for your 2016 Toyota Tacoma is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13264. The distance from the ground to the top of the inside edge of the receiver tube opening on the Curt hitch was 19" when we installing it on a non-TRD 2016 Toyota Tacoma.

Since you have the TRD package, the above distances are likely to fluctuate a bit. If you are looking for a ball mount, you will need to take the above measurement and subtract it from the distance between the ground and bottom of the trailer coupler while level.
