Question:

Track is on lid of my off-road trailer and used with Thule rack to mount my rooftop tent. Want to mount some maxtrax recovery boards on lid as well but Thule tracks are too far apart . I need a t-nut to fit tracks so I can make adapters. No real weight here so load bearing is not an issue. Any ideas? Thanks

First of all, that's an awesome off-road trailer, thanks for the photo.

As for the 60" Thule Roof Mounted Top Rack System # THTB60, it has tracks which we have measured before and found the inner track to be 0.8" wide and the top opening to be 0.5" wide.

For a T-bolt you can use the Replacement M8 T-Bolt # 853-0782 which has a head that is 0.7" square and a 0.2" tall; the entire bolt has a length of 2-3/16".
