What is the difference between CSS-1195 and CSS-1195R?

There is no difference between the two. Part # CSS-1195 can be used as either front or rear springs depending on the vehicle, and for your 2006 Toyota Sienna they are for the rear springs and as such are classified as # CSS-1195R.
