The first difference between the 20x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # C18151 and the 24 X 60 # C18152 is the 4 inch difference in size. Next, the # C18151 folds when not in use and the # C18152 is not a folding unit. Finally, the # C18151 has a straight shank and the # C18152 has a rise shank of 2-1/2 inches.
