Question:
I already sent a question about the ubolts to you guys, but i was also wondering how stiff should be jetski slipper springs be? right now they are pretty easy to move up and down, do I want it to require a little force? I know they shouldnt be rock stiff but I was curious. Thanks alot

If the slipper springs on your trailer have a lower capacity like # WIC2 at 500 pounds apiece, then it would be possible to physically compress them with the trailer empty but it should not be all that easy. With a load on the trailer it will be easier. If you find that you can move the springs then it is probably time for some new ones.
On higher capacity springs you probably would not be able to move them at all without a load on the trailer. I have included a link to our slipper spring FAQ article for you.
