How do you attach this to the frame of the car so it doesnt rattle all day long?

If you are concerned with how to mount the Kodiak Tee Fitting part # BH-T-3FIF then I recommend using the Titan Tee Fitting part # T0778500. This fitting comes with a mounting bracket so you do not have to worry about the tee bouncing around. They both have female 3/8"-24 threads so you will be able to use one in place of the other.
