Replacement Hubs to Fit Bearings 25580 and LM67048 with 5-Spoke Utility Bolt Pattern

I have a tri axle trailer looking for 2idler hubs and 2 drum/hubs its a 12inch drum. And for boths hubs bearings are inner 25580 and outer LM67048. There 5 spoke utility dexter type hubs with hollow rim

The only 5-spoke utility hub we carry is part # 8-174-5UC3 which is a hub and drum assembly. The bearing numbers are # 25580 and # 15123. Obviously this is a different outer bearing number than what you have but it has the same inner diameter as # LM67048 so it still fits your spindles and will work for you. We don't carry an idler hub with that bolt pattern.
If you want to use and idler hub on one axle and a hub and drum assembly on the other you do have the option of changing your bolt pattern. This could make finding replacement parts easier down the road but it'll require you to get new wheels as well. If you prefer this option the idler hubs are part # 8-213-5UC1 and the hub and drum is part # 8-201-5UC3. They both have a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern.
