The Replacement Converter for Parallax/Magnetek or WFCO RV Power Centers - 45 Amp # PD4645V is the direct replacement for your Magnatek 7345 model.
If you want to replace the converter and the circuit breaker box then the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter Charger - 45 Amp # PD4045KA is also a compatible replacement.
The PD9145A you referenced is not a direct replacement option for you.
