Landing Pad Recommendation to Fit 2015 Subaru Outback Wagon

I have a set of Yakima Landing Pads and Control Towers that were compatible with my 2011 Subaru Outback. Im trying to determine if this equipment is compatible with my 2015 Outback, or what components would need to be replaced. Can you advise if this is essentially the same components?

The Landing Pads are different for the two year Outbacks. The 2011 model uses the Landing Pad 12 and the 2015 uses Landing Pad 15 # Y00241.

So basically all you'd need is # Y00241 and you'd be able to install your old rack onto your new vehicle.

The door clamp style of roof racks like the Inno part #INB137, #INSUT, and #INK685 do not allow water to leak into the vehicle. If you check out the picture I attached you can see that the clamp actually fits above the door seal.
