Question:

Our old vehicle had an 1 1/4 hitch. Our new car has a 2inch receiver. We purchased the 2inch replacement tongue from your company. When my husband installed the new tongue he noticed that the bike rack is very wobbly and he had a difficult time tightening the hitch bolt. Should we have also replaced the bolt. He says it seems too short and the diameter of the bolt is too small. Thanks for any help you can provide. Bolt and hitch pin for 2 Yakima Hold Up receiver

For your Yakima Hold Up, the Replacement Spine # 8890277 will require the Replacement Hitch Hardware for Yakima HoldUp Bike Racks # 8890260. The 1-1/4 inch hardware will not be the correct fit for the larger shank.
