Can this be used for 1.25inch Version of holdup? If not, what is the part number for that?

The replacement mounting hardware for the 1-1/4 inch versions of the Yakima HoldUp (2008 to present) is actually # Y8880129. Replacement hardware # 8890260 is for HoldUp models that fit 2 inch receivers only.
