Is B and W Companion Hitch Compatible with Sidewinder Pin Box

I am interested in purchasing a BW companion 5th wheel hitch, but I have a question. Our 5th wheel has a sidewinder extension on the 5th wheel, The 5th wheel pin doesnt pivot in the hitch, it pivots on the trailer end. There is a blocking lug just behind the pin that prevent the pin from pivoting in the hitch, will this work with the BW hitch?

If the B and W Companion hitch attaches to a gooseneck hitch through a center post then you cannot use it with a Sidewinder like you have. If instead it's a Companion hitch that's designed for a factory rail kit like for a Dodge or Ford truck then it can be used with it. Sidwinders put quite a bit of torque on hitches so they need the hitch to be attached to the truck bed in all four corners.
The correct B and W wedge for the Sidewinder is part # SWW-06.
