The correct custom wedge for the B&W Patriot Trailer Hitch like the # BWRVK3270 referenced in your question is the Reese # SWW-06. This is specifically designed to work with the Sidewinder and B&W 5th-Wheel Hitches. I have attached a short video demonstration of this product for you to check out.

Just note that when using a sliding hitch with a Sidewinder pin box, you will need to lock the slider portion of the hitch in the forward most position at all times.
