We have several 3-inch lunette ring (pintle eye) couplers that are shown on the linked page. These are offered with and without a channel mount, such as # T1812800 and # T1613700, respectively.
I went to our warehouse and measured the hole size and spacing on part # T1613700. Each hole is indeed 5/8-inch diameter and their centers are spaced apart by 2-inches.
