Can Kids Bike Be Installed on Swagman Bike Rack # S80500

Where do you position a girls 26inch bike on the rack? Where do the J hooks go?

I attached a picture that has all of the dimensions for the Swagman Bike Rack part # S80501. The distance between the arms of the rack is 16 inches. This might be too wide for a childrens bike frame. But if there is at least 16 inches between the steering stem and the seat post a bike frame adapter like part # UB01 could be used and it would fit.
