Question:
Hi, I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado 3500 single rear wheel crew cab. I’d like to buy this but want to make sure that I can still run my air leveling bags in the rear in conjunction with installing this gooseneck hitch? It just looked like from the pictures that there is a possibility they might interfere where everything mounts to the frame. I'd probably go with the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label item #F2700. Only trick with my truck is that it has a bit of a lift, stock springs from what I can tell, maybe 4” blocks under them? Thanks!

The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Kit # BWGNRK1062 that you referenced is both confirmed to fit your 2004 Chevy Silverado 3500 and is compatible with Firestone Air Bags like the Red Label # F2700 that you referenced. They mount in similar positions but the brackets allow for both to install correctly. I have confirmed this with Firestone.
Please note that the Red Label Ride-Rite air bags from Firestone are for extreme duty pickups. They have a 7,500 lb capacity and are meant to be used for trucks that do very heavy duty towing daily. These are typically recommended for pickups that will be towing heavy farm or construction equipment.
If you don't plan on using your air bags in that capacity then I recommend going with the Ride-Rite Air Bags # F2250 which have a 4,800 lb capacity and are meant more for your everyday pickup owner.
Either way I highly recommend installing a compressor system as well so that you don't have to hunt down a compressor whenever you need to add air to your system. For the Red Label system I recommend the Heavy-Duty Air Command I # F2097. Otherwise I recommend the Standard-Duty Air Command I # F2158.
We always make sure people know that any suspension enhancement that you add to your vehicle will not increase your weight capacity. It is only meant to provide some extra support to a suspension system that is in good working order.
I have linked some installation videos and details for you to check out.
