For your wheel studs, I believe you will want the Kodiak Wheel Bolt - 1/2" Diameter x 2" Long # K12WB2. Another close option but with a wider spline is the Trailer Hub Wheel Stud - Drive In - 1/2" Diameter x 2" Long - Qty 1 # 7-122. These are the closest options to your measurements for your hub. I've attached photos of these measurements for you to compare.
